Rotary screen printing machines can be divided into two categories according to equipment:

1. The packaging machinery net is interchangeable with the flexo, relief or offset printing unit on the printing host. This is mainly the plug-in screen printing unit provided by some famous foreign label printing machine manufacturers, such as Gerais, nubotai, mcandi and other brands. This screen printing unit adopts the power and registration system of the host, and can flexibly select the position of screen printing during printing, with simple operation. The printing perimeter of this screen printing unit generally ranges from 12 inches to 18 inches. The printing speed is within 100 m / min. The screen printing units of each printing host are different and cannot be interchanged. Since the screen printing unit does not have power and registration system, it cannot be separated from the host for printing.

2. The other is a screen printing unit with its own power and registration system, such as RNP and stork printing units. The reason why the silk screen printing unit can be flexibly installed on different rotary printing machines is that it is small and fast: the maximum speed is 150m / min. it is equipped with an independent servo motor and registration system. It only needs to read the mechanical speed from the printing host with an encoder and register through its own cursor alignment system to realize automatic synchronous printing. It is simple to install and easy to operate. Either the satellite type or the unit type rotary printing machine can be installed.
