It is understood that a high-quality flag should go through at least six production processes: plate making, printing and dyeing, color fixation, washing and drying, cutting and ironing. Among them, fixation is the most important step in flag making. How to do a good job in flag high-temperature fixation? There are three commonly used high temperature fixation methods:

First, high temperature and high pressure steaming, 135 ℃ /20-30 minutes, all printed and dyed flags need to go through this "steaming" process. Before "steaming", the printed and dyed whole cloth should be hung around several rows of flag racks over 2 meters, and then put into the steamer for steaming. Large boiler "steaming" is a key step in the process of making flags. The color of the flag surface is still unstable after printing and dyeing. Only through high-temperature "steaming" can we strengthen the color adhesion and avoid decolorization. After "steaming", the flag material contains water. After cleaning and drying, the color will be more bright and full.

Second, high temperature and atmospheric pressure steaming, 175 ~ 185 ℃ /8-10 minutes.

Third, dry heat baking, 190-195 ℃ /2-3 minutes. It can be determined according to respective conditions. Water washing is to wash the size and unfixed dyes at room temperature. Soap washing is to wash with 2g/l caustic soda solution at 80-85 ℃ /10-15 minutes.
