The production process of watermark flag is relatively complex. First, the logo and text must be adapted to the size of the flag. Therefore, the first step is to enlarge or reduce the graphics and text, and then draw the black-and-white manuscript by color separation, or make a screen printing plate by drawing and engraving. In the production process of screen printing, it involves the width setting of the printing board, the preparation of printing paste, the selection of scraper, the fixation, washing, ironing and leveling of post-treatment. After printing, it needs to be sewn. When ensuring the size of the flag, we should pay more attention to the firmness of the suture to prevent it from being damaged by the wind during hanging. The flag pole cover is a sign of the appearance of the flag. Without it, it can not be called a flag, so its width should match the size of the flag.

In recent years, the materials used for flag making include polyester fiber Chunya textile (thin material), Oxford cloth (thick material), man-made fiber fabric and real silk. The printing paste used has also changed. In the future, direct printing and discharge with disperse dyes will be the new trend of printing flags in the future, and the pigment printing process will be gradually reduced or eliminated.

The direct printing process with disperse dyes is a special dye for polyester fabrics. It has complete chromatograms and bright colors. Thousands of varieties have been produced at home and abroad recently, leaving a wide choice. Direct printing with disperse dyes is a common process. As the name suggests, it is a printing paste prepared from disperse dyes into the desired color and color, which is directly printed on white or light colored polyester fabrics. After drying, it is fixed at high temperature, washed, soaped and dried. The technological process is as follows: 1. Color fixation. First, screen printing high-temperature fixation with color matching paste, and then washing with water, soaping, drying and finishing; 2. Color matching. The dosage of disperse dyes is determined according to the color depth, generally not more than 5%. The slurry used as the carrier accounts for 60%-70%. According to different conditions, 1% ammonium sulfate and 5% urea are appropriately added, and the rest is synthesized with water; 3. Heating. The color paste shall have good fluidity and stability. The printed board shall be heated appropriately to prevent infiltration and improve production efficiency.
